Associated British Ports
e*SCAPE were commissioned to masterplan the regeneration of Fleetwood docks and surrounding environs for this UK based port operator. The proposals look at a mixed use development, maximising the waterside potential of the location and creating a gateway into the wider town. A series of workshops have been held with the local authority and the proposals have the potential to regenerate the wider town and reinvigorate a number of traditional port industries.
