e*SCAPE were commissioned by Barratt Homes Manchester at the feasibility stage to test this site for viability. e*SCAPE were then appointed as residential masterplanners, developing an overarching masterplan for the site and assisting Baldwin Design in developing a detailed layout for an initial phase of development. The project included working with the community to resolve their concerns, as well as developing proposals for a new County standard cricket pitch and primary school. The site gained outline approval for 360 homes.
